In August, the winery added the Domaine de Pisan vintage to its offer. This Rasteau Côtes du Rhône Villages comes from an estate 310 metres above sea level where the terroir has a strong personality and the average age of the vines is 35 (grenache, mourvèdre and syrah).

This blend, half of which is matured in oak barrels for 12 months, has aromas of spices, wild fruit and roasted beans, very silky tannins, a fruity freshness, a nice balance, notes of charred matter and spices and a finish on liquorice.

To be enjoyed with meat stewed in wine, red meat and pan-fried mushrooms. A wine with great promise worth keeping one’s eye on.
